I have purchased a number of items from Dieselscan now. They are always quick to respond to the invite for the remote session install. I had a licensing problem do to my AntiVirus removing one of the needed files (yeah, I have a dedicated machine for this kind of stuff, that I am not concerned about potential “issues”) anyway, I reached out and they very quickly determined and fixed the issue. My only complaint is I made a purchase of 4 packages, then decided to buy a new laptop to replace my 10 year old HP. It would have been nice to have a way to uninstall so I did not have to pay to install all over again. But oh well, they say “One Purchase, One Install”.

KEPT HAVING AN ISSUE WITH THE VERSION OF INSITE I HAD AT THE TIME, ADDED TO CART, PAID, AND WITHIN MINUTES IT WAS BEING INSTALLED ONTO MY LAPTOP ON A WEEKEND DAY.
